Amazing staff and superb location!

This location rocks for tourists arriving at FCO airport, the hotel sits next to the main terminal. Getting to sights like Colosseum or Forum Romanum is very easy, either walking or via the public metro. I found the staff really helpful, towels and sheets got changed every day . Breakfast was good.

My room got a little noisy, mainly because of thin walls and some street sound.

The quadruple room was clean and large enough for my family, each kid got their own twin bed. We also had a king size bed with lots of space for suitcases, that was very convenient. Air conditioning worked well.

The personnel available 24h made the check-in process smoother, even during late hours. I noticed one of the staff members named Ruth, she were helpful and efficient. The breakfast has plenty of choice including juice, coffee and a pastry selection.

The proximity to Termini station simplifies access to all parts of the city, it helped me a lot. Local restaurant called Andrea's is right around the corner, the hotel staff recommended it to me. The food there tasted so delicious.

our quadruple room accommodated four of us nicely. the provided air conditioning worked efficiently (it was a lifesaver). we appreciated the close proximity to the train station. the breakfast buffet had diverse options, including fresh pastries.

the sound isolation in the room was substandard. noise from the hallway was noticeable (especially early in the morning).

The location was convenient, very close to the main train station. I got a clean Double Room. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The staff provided helpful information for navigating the area!!!

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

i was very pleased that the hotel is located within walking distance to the central station. the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options, i found it adequate. the staff, particularly julio, were friendly and provided good service. i found this feature particularly cute.

The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. It seemed constant. the shower was quite small. It was hard to move comfortably. i noticed hairs on the towels. the bathroom in general required better cleaning.
